When in severe pain, I have been known to stay in a hot tub of water all day long just to get through it. I mean I like really hot water. Somehow it seems to soothe my stomach pain.
As a general nightly ritual, I apply a heating pad to my stomach as I wind down and read a book or watch television. It seems to help.
