Power Napping for Increased Productivity, Stress Management and Health

Friday July 31, 2009
The other day I inadvertently took a power nap. The phone rang about 15 minutes after I fell asleep, and woke me up. I am not much of a napper, because I usually wake up feeling worse than when I fell asleep. But this short nap really helped, and I felt energized afterwards.
