It's happened to you, I'm sure -- you're out somewhere, not thinking about your IBD, when suddenly you need to find a bathroom. Fast. Hopefully you are close to one, or you know where one is, and if you're truly fortunate, there won't be a line or some other problem. Finding public restrooms is a serious problem for the disabled as well as persons with bowel or urinary conditions. How can you find a bathroom to use when there isn't a public facility available? I have some suggestions for you on how you can plan ahead and find a bathroom when you're out and about.
