People with inflammatory bowel disease can easily find advice on what to eat or what not to eat, what medical treatments are most effective, and why surgery may be needed. Books that address the emotional aspects of IBD, however, are harder to come by. Darryl D. Helems, PhD, has written a book that draws on his personal experience as a Crohn's disease patient for more than 20 years and a school psychologist in his professional life. Read my review here.

my mum has had cronze diease for twelve years going on thireen ive seen all the things she has to go through and i dont think its fare that there isnt a cure for it but the medication she takes. helps out a real lot and takes away most of the pain .
