Most of us do it every year -- we make some sort of resolution (or even several resolutions) and then break it (or them) not long after the new year begins. Perhaps this year you want to set some goals regarding your IBD, such as resolving to take better care of yourself, forge a better relationship with your healthcare team, or be more assertive about your health care goals.
