Aloe PlantThe gel from the aloe plant is often used to soothe skin that is dry, sunburned, or irritated. Aloe vera gel is an anti-inflammatory and may even have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Many people with digestive problems drink aloe in a juice form to treat their symptoms. I am glad to see the results are well seen with aloe vera. i have seen some products at my local heath store with aloe vera and was just wondering if this was as effective as using the gel from the plant.
