Dental Problems, too?!?

If you have Crohn's disease and always seem to be having dental work, you're not alone. Not surprising, really, as people with IBD sometimes subsist on not much more than Jell-O and Sprite. But new research indicates that a zinc insufficiency may also be to blame, causing those with Crohn's to eat more sweets.
