Reducing stress is different for every person. The ultimate goal should be to get at the root of the stress and find a solution. But if you're not able to get at the root of the stress, here are some ways to try and reduce it:

  • Massage
  • Hot shower or bath
  • Vacation or getaway
  • Spending time with a pet
  • Hobbies such as reading or sewing
