Life sometimes gets in the way of taking medications on time. Forgetting when to take your drugs -- or even if you have taken them -- can happen anytime. Being on time with your medication schedule is understandably very important to the success of your treatment. There are many tricks you can use to remember your medication, but one of the easiest and the most foolproof is to use a whiteboard.

Write out your medication schedule on the whiteboard. On each line, include the time, the medication, and the dosage. Put it close to your medications -- perhaps on your refrigerator, or even on the cabinet where you keep your drugs. When you take a dose, make an "X" or a check mark next to that item. At the end of the day, after your last dosage, wipe off your check marks, and you are ready for the next day.
