Keep a Change of Clothes on Hand

It's not something you want to think about, but it happens. Sometimes you need a change of clothes or undergarments. Keep a spare set in your car, backpack, desk drawer — wherever you may need it. Especially during a flare, you'll want your change of clothes to be readily available in a small bag, so you can snatch it up and dash to the bathroom with it.
