Reader Stories: How Was Your Colonoscopy?

Colonoscopy is a fairly common procedure that is done to help diagnose several digestive conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and colorectal cancer. However, it is not a test that most people willingly undergo because of both the preparation and the procedure itself. What was your colonoscopy experience? Was it as bad as you imagined, or was it easier? If you will need to have a colonoscopy again, will you do anything differently?
