Most people who have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) would probably tell you that having a chronic disease is not funny in the least. But, from time to time, IBD does put us in some humorous situations. You might not be able to appreciate the humor of your story at the time it happens, but once the embarrassment wears off, you will have quite a tale to tell.
