When you have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or any chronic illness, you receive advice about your disease from just about everyone you meet. Most people just want to help, but even the most well-intentioned advice can be difficult for you to handle. You don't want to alienate the people who love and support you, but you also don't want to hear about every supposed "cure" about IBD they read on the Internet. What do you do when presented with unsolicited advice? Share Your Experience
