Let's face it -- people who have inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and college students are not known for their healthy eating habits. When you have IBD and you're in college, it creates the potential for a perfect storm of poor nutrition. Eating well is important to good health, but life (classes, studying, work) often gets in the way. While away at college, how do you manage your diet? If you need to go on a restricted diet, how do you manage that? Do have your meals in the cafeteria, or do you often end up eating in your room or off-campus?
