New Aspirin May Avert Tummy Troubles
A new form of aspirin may cause less problems for the lining of the gastrointestinal tract is in development. An aspirin a day has health benefits, but is contraindicated in people who take other anti-inflammatory drugs. In the latest study, people who took regular aspirin had twice the amount of damage to their stomach than those who took the new formulation.
