Cognitive Behavior Therapy for IBS

Cognitive behavior therapy is really a combination of two forms of therapy--cognitive and behavior. People with IBS who completed 8 weeks of therapy have fewer symptoms than those who had no therapy, or those who participated in a self-help group.
