Today's Tip:

Artificial fats, like Olestra, and artificial sweeteners, like Sorbitol can trigger IBS symptoms. These fat and sugar replacements are known to cause diarrhea, cramps, and pain.

Be aware of hidden additives in foods and medication. A surprising number of over the counter drugs and seemingly good for you foods (fat free, low fat, no sugar) contain additives that may cause symptoms.
