Mary Ann Mobley is the co-chairwoman of the Celebrity Club of Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA), along with her husband, actor Gary Collins. She was Miss America, 1959, and went on to star in several films with Elvis Presley. In 1965, Mobley won a Golden Globe.
In addition to her work with the CCFA, Mobley has made several documentaries on the plight of young people all over the world who have been victims of war and starvation. She was the only woman in the first American film crew allowed into Communist Cambodia. Mobley also has Crohn's disease.
